RULES/REGULATION

Rules (Apply During Qualification Round)

  1. During the qualified stage, both teams must organize their matches using Discord as the main communication center.

  2. Both teams shall find a mutual time to play a match before the final date. If both teams cannot find a mutual time to play, then they must play the match at 19:00 (Singapore time) on the final date. If either team are not ready by 19:00 (Singapore time) they will automatically lose the match.

  3. When the match is over, the winning team must capture the result and send it in Discord. This verifies that the team has won the match and can move on to the next stage.

  4. During the qualification stage, the tournament bracket will be run on the bracketing site Challonge.

  5. After the match is over the Challonge tournament bracket will be updated. So please check to see who your next opponent is. (The tournament bracket link will be given in discord)

  6. Team’s captain will roll the dice in Discord by typing ‘!roll 2d6’ whichever team received a higher number will get to pick the map and the team with a lower number will choose the starting side.

Qualification Round Final Date

Round 1: 1 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO1)

Round 2: 2 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO1)

Round 3: 3 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO1)

Round 4: 4 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO1)

Semi-Finals: 5 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO1)

Finals: 7 December 2020, 19:00 Singapore time (11:00 AM GMT) (BO3)

Regulation (Apply to All Participant)

  1. Breaking any of these regulations will cause the team to be disqualified and could lead to a permanent ban from future events,

  2. A player can only be in 1 team.

  3. Each team is allowed 5 main players and 2 substitutes. All of the players must fill the registration form correctly.

  4. Giving the registered ID for others to players is also not allowed.

  5. Teams cannot bring other players who did not register to play in a match.

  6. Using a third-party program to assist is not allowed.

  7. Any kind of match-fixing is not allowed.

  8. We do not tolerate any kind of racism. Please play with respect and good sportsmanship.

Pausing the game (Apply to All Participant)

  1.  If a player has lost connection to the game, the host must pause the game and wait for the disconnected player to reconnect. Pausing the game can only be done during the Buy Phase.

  2. If a player lost connection before the match starts, the team must take a screenshot and send it in Discord as evidence to restart the match.

Participant Streaming Regulation

  1. The streamer must request for permission to stream with Admins in Discord.

  2. The stream must have a 4 minutes delay.

  3. The stream must apply the graphic overlay provided by AE League. Please download the files in Discord.

  4. The blood effect must be turn off in Valorant setting.

Streaming the Broadcast Regulation

  1. The streamer must request for permission to stream the broadcast with Admins in Discord.

  2. The stream must have a 2 minutes delay.

  3. The stream must apply the graphic overlay provided by AE League. Please download the files in Discord.
